Prices exclude Texas sales tax.
Founding client pricing applies to the first five Squadron clients.
Setup fees and one-time add-ons can be paid over time with Affirm, Afterpay or Klarna, subject to approval. Monthly plan fees are charged to a card or bank account.
Every plan is month to month. If you leave, you can take your website with you by paying its website price, which goes down with each monthly payment and reaches $0 after 12 payments.
Add-Ons
SEO and ads management, priced the same way: fixed, and stated before anything starts.
SEO
- Local SEO: citations and local signals$900 one-time
- Deeper on-page and technical SEO$500 one-time
- SEO content$75 per piece
- Ongoing SEO$1,000/month
- Ongoing SEO (a site we did not build)$1,500/month
Ads management
- Google Ads or Meta Ads setup$900 per platform
- Ads management$600/month per platform
- Ads management (both)$900/month for both
Ads management is a flat monthly fee, never a percentage of your ad spend. Your ad budget stays in your own Google or Meta account, paid by you directly. A minimum of $1,500/month in ad spend is needed for ads to be worth managing.
Ads management is available with Patrol and Squadron.
Every plan includes foundational SEO and Google Business Profile basics. Patrol and Squadron also include deeper on-page and technical SEO; on Scout, or on a site we did not build, it is $500 one-time. Local SEO adds citations and local signals; deeper on-page and technical SEO adds a full technical audit, page speed, and keyword targeting per page. Ongoing SEO on a site we did not build does not include the deeper on-page and technical work.

Pricing Questions
Scout has no setup fee. Patrol has a $2,000 setup fee and Squadron $3,500, or $1,750 for the first five Squadron clients at founding client pricing.
Yes, for setup fees and one-time add-ons: Affirm, Afterpay and Klarna are available at checkout, subject to the provider's approval. Your agreement with the provider is separate. Monthly plan fees are charged to a card or bank account.
Every plan is month to month. Either side can end it at any time with 30 days' written notice, and service continues through the notice period. Scout is billed from the day you sign; Patrol and Squadron from the day they go live.
Yes. You can take your website, including any extra pages, by paying its website price: $1,200 on Scout, $3,600 on Patrol or $6,000 on Squadron, less your monthly plan fee for each month you have paid. After 12 monthly payments it is $0. Setup fees and add-ons do not lower it. You get a download of the website's code to host anywhere; forms and calendars need to be reconnected, and member accounts and stored data stay behind. If you leave without the website, you owe nothing more.
Platform usage, billed separately based on actual usage at cost plus a handling fee that never exceeds $40 a month - messaging, calls, email, AI, voice, carrier registration fees for business texting, and other usage-based charges. Ad spend, which you pay to Google or Meta directly. Add-ons such as SEO and ads management, listed on the pricing page. Prices exclude Texas sales tax.
Yes. You pay the new plan's setup fee (or the founding fee while Squadron spots remain). Your current monthly fee continues during the build and stops at go-live. The website price starts again at the new plan's full amount.
Only with 30 days' written notice. A change takes effect when the notice ends, so you can leave before it applies.
