How usage works
Texts, calls, email, and AI are billed at our cost with no markup.
What “usage” means
Every text the system sends, every call minute, every email, and every AI chat reply or AI phone call has a small cost from the providers behind it. That cost depends on how many leads you get, so it isn’t part of your monthly price.
How it shows on your invoice
- Each type of usage gets its own line: texts, calls, email, AI chat, AI voice.
- Each line is what it cost us. Nothing is added.
- Texting registration fees from the phone carriers are billed the same way, at cost.
AI chat and AI phone answering
- There's no allowance to run out of. The AI keeps answering, so no lead is left waiting, and you pay what it costs us.
- To keep things in check, the AI hands a conversation to you after about 15 of its own messages, and we block clear spam numbers.
- For bigger routes, a monthly AI plan can be cheaper than paying per use. If it is, we'll tell you, and it's billed at our cost too, only if you agree.
What it usually costs
It depends on how many leads come in. We give you an estimate during your Free Pool Lead Audit, in dollars, before you sign. More usage usually means more people are contacting you.
Texas sales tax is added to usage lines the same way as every other charge.
